Apple TV+ MLB Games 2026: Every Friday Night Baseball Game
Apple has 25 exclusive Friday Night Baseball games in 2026. None of them are on your local RSN. Here's the full schedule, what you need to watch, and how much it costs.
Apple TV+ has exclusive rights to 25 MLB games in 2026 — all on Friday nights, all blacked out on your regional sports network, and all requiring a separate Apple TV+ subscription to watch. If you're a fan of any of the 30 teams, at least a handful of your games this season will quietly move to Apple TV+ with little warning.
This is the complete list. We'll update it as assignments are confirmed.
Quick answer
Apple TV+ games in 2026 air every Friday night during the MLB regular season. You need an Apple TV+ subscription ($9.99/month or $99/year) to watch. These games are not available on cable, your local RSN, or MLB.TV — even if you pay for the full out-of-market package.

How to watch Apple TV+ MLB games
You need an Apple TV+ subscription. There's no standalone baseball package — you subscribe to Apple TV+ for $9.99/month or $99/year and Friday Night Baseball is included.
Apple TV+ is available on:
- Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac)
- Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, and most others)
- Amazon Fire TV and Roku
- Web browser at tv.apple.com
- PlayStation and Xbox
There is no free trial for Apple TV+ in 2026. You pay from day one.
Are these games on MLB.TV?
No. Apple TV+ games are blacked out on MLB.TV in every market, including out-of-market fans who pay for the full MLB.TV package. This is part of Apple's exclusivity agreement with MLB. The only way to watch is through Apple TV+.
Can I watch for free?
No. Apple TV+ used to offer free Friday Night Baseball during its first two seasons. That ended. You need a paid subscription.
If you subscribe to Apple One, Apple TV+ is already included.
Which teams are affected?
Every team plays on Apple TV+ at least once during the 2026 season. Teams in larger markets tend to appear more frequently. If your team is playing on a Friday night, check the schedule above — there's a reasonable chance it's on Apple TV+ instead of your RSN.
The easiest way to track this: set up a game alert for your team. We'll email you the day before any game that moves to a streaming platform, including Apple TV+.
Is Apple TV+ worth it just for baseball?
At $9.99/month, probably not on its own — 25 games across a 162-game season is a small fraction of the total. But if you're already paying for Apple TV+ for its other content (Ted Lasso, Severance, Slow Horses), the baseball is essentially free.
If you're only subscribing for Friday Night Baseball, we'd suggest subscribing for a month or two in May and June when the game selection tends to be strongest, then canceling. We'll send you a cancel reminder when your team's last Apple TV+ game of the season is done.
